Any good desktop screen recorder software which doesnt consume lots og CPU and generates lightweight videos , or anything you uused personally ? Free or some cheap ones. Pls help me

screen rec is the best
 
Are you on Windows 10? It has inbuilt screen recorder, if so. Press Win + G to enable it.

Not sure about that. Never had a problem with it. I have 8gigs of ram and an inbuilt 1gb graphics card (probably) in my laptop.

$20 a year for complete features ( unlimited record screen time and other nice perks)
 
Obs consumes a lot, fraps is not taxing for your PC but it makes huge files.

Does this effect only for Chrome? Or for complete desktop?
 
I also use obs for screen recording, but I think something like bandicam use least resources. :)

The whole screen and you can choose if you want only a tab or whatever you are recording in the back of the screen.
It works great for me and is super simple to use, doesn't require a supercomputer to run.
 
Obs is the way to go, use the GPU encoder and you won't see any load on your CPU.

OBS is the best. a lot of settings to play with.
