Hello. I'm looking to fully protect my pc, like encrypt, closing ports, installing softwares, using external drive or whatever it takes to fully protect my pc from any kinds of threats/virus/unwanted connects, keep everything safe and whatsoever even if fbi brakes in to still have some sort of protection on my disk/files and everything for my black hat ass lol. Is there a solution? Kindly please and thank you a lot!

can be done but you're looking at a litany of tools and education. in the context of Windows
encrypt disk - see bitlocker, veradisk
installing software - just don't be logged in as administrator.
closing ports/connections - see windows firewall rules. you can always make a diy firewall with pfsense, or go for commercial solution. tinywall is decent software solution.
no viruses - don't download anything except trusted tools from official vendors, keep everything up to date. look into an EDR for home users.
im sure 100 of blog posts have been written in great depth on hardening a system for security.
may want to look into linux OS's designed specifically for this objective. see qubesOS.
