PBNs good or bad?

Seeing a lot of ads on here about PBNs and many users favouring them and seeing benefit.

Always thought PBNs were bad based on my past usage of tools such as Ahrefs and Semrush which detect flags for PBNs eg analytics Id Duplicacies, similar hosting etc.

I'm guessing the PBNs advertised on here are done in a way that it is almost impossible to detect as a "bad" Pbn?

Most here are just that. Bad PBNs. Do go through reviews by members who know what they are doing, ask for samples, etc.

Keep in mind, that you get what you pay for, so $20 per post won't really cut it if you want something decent.

if you create your own PBN then it can be really powerfull. if you buy a link from a link farm (fake PBN), then it wont have the same effect.

Get couple of links from each provider instead of buying in bulk. Results will depends on how long the links are live.

How do you define a good PBN? As a (spam) site, excluding ahrefs and semrush bots in robots.txt? Build you own!
