Of course PBN is still working to improve the metrics from the unique domains which looks natural in Google's eyes.

Why do you think its not working . Everything is working .

I don't have much expergince on PBN but i own more than 150 sites at the moment and have sold over 500+ for past 12 years. Still using tiered link building with all projects and all links build by gsa search engine ranker or ranker X (but mostly gsa ) But i know pbn works cause sometimes i link some niches whenever they stuck on top 20 and gsa ser is not enough to go beyond.

After all do it right and never outsourcve as you donlt know whats going on there. Just build links constantly its more improtant than so called authority. after all INDEX them
 
Why shouldn't this work? It's not about the mere fact of a PBN but rather the quality of the domain. Even guest post links can be ineffective if they are of low quality.

It's working indeed. Me personally, ranked a website with a very small amount of PBNs. It's viable and of course it depends on how it's executed. You still can get heavily penalized by using this strategy.

I'd suggest people find PBN sellers with a great rep, and if deeply concerned about this point, communicate with them about getting a custom order, where the PBN is truly private and the link is not shared. Ask for a quote about how much they will command for this kind of guaranteed status.
