PBN SETUP needed - non adult niche

I've found a niche I want to grow a site for, I'm looking for a PBN service that can:

Set up my domains with good PBN hosting
Strategize my domains by priority, link flow, etc
Assist me with deciding which domains to point where
Set up WP and HTML, different CMS sites
Provide accurate who is with real addresses

I'm fine to spend money on this > I do not want a budget service.

I have purchased:

My money domain
About 30 expired domains relevant to my niche with loads of backlinks, high TF and CF
A handful of high TF/CF aged domains not relevant to my niche

I have no issue building the content myself, I just need the foundation and structure set up properly.

I can do this for you no problem. I have built quite a lot of pbn sites myself.

Pay me by the hour for researching your niche/domains. 40$ per hour.

With the latest update potentially targeting pbns, you don't want to do this wrong.

Yes, there's a lot of good keywords and a LOT of long tail, it's all fairly obvious for the niche.

I'm currently organizing all of my KW in ranktracker.
