Understood. Yes they only provide one IP per instance although you can get 16 IPv6. Thanks I'll look at some cheap hosting plans with their own IP.
I assume you mean CLASS C IPs right?It's more about IPs rather than instances. Try having different IPs and don't think about in how many instances you have them because it really doesn't matter. It only matters when we are talking about website's performance, etc.
If you don't link the PBNs to same domains, then you can have more than one site on one IP. It's important that the sites have no connection. Otherwise, use different IP, ISP, nameservers, whois, registrar. Don't leave footprint with SOA or MX records.
Remember they should have different ranges not just IP addresses. As in C
