PBN on free hosting? Not web 2.0's

Does a small 6-8 site, niche focused PBN still work?

HI Guys,

I have gotten a hold of some decent (well, okay) expired domains with a view to setting up a small, highly targeted PBN.

But.....

I ain't got no spare cash now :-( Long story, but sudden financial crash

I have hosting with Asura hosting and hosting with NameCheap.

NameCheap hosting is already full, but I can do some site swap arounds. Asura has space left for around 4-5 basic domain installations.

I have 6 expired domains that need to be hosted, so I can host one at Asura and one at NameCheap, but what about the other 4?

I think one will be hosted with tumblr and I think I can host one with WordPress.com.

Any suggestions where to host the others or all 6 for that matter?

I want to avoid any google hosting work arounds as I am trying to leave as little a footprint as possible.

Any, constructive ;-), advice guys?

Cheers

PJ

I personally won't suggest you to go with free hosting service. Because you can buy a good hosting for as low as $3 per year. And I believe it is much better than free one because you can get softaculous and many more features.

You can find decent hosts for quite cheap, your not gonna rank a site with 6 links though.

Could you send example?

I hear what you are saying, but $$ is very tight atm.

My site is ranking and making money, but not high enough and not enough $$$ ;-)

The kws I am targeting are low comp and with the best rankings they have had, prior to FRED, were position 2-3 and were making around $10-12 per day. Lol, not a fortune, but was enough to keep me interested and motivated. After FRED my rankings bombed, bombed, bombed!

New posts are ranking at a high of #5 and the FRED hit has been dealt with to a certain degree, but now ranking at #8 highest!

So, thinking of using this site as a test bed for link building and PBN monkey business.

Any advice always welcome :-)
