Is there any scientifically viable reason, why is there a dozen threads a month with this particular question? And then another dozen with "white hat/black hat seo difference"?

Yes of course, But if choose only real PBN site, Nowadays so many fake Blogs are rolling here,

Certain new important metrics for choosing PBN site available, Need any more Clarification feel free to ask me.
 
PBN providers are now increasing. Each of them has 100 to 200 PBNs. So there is a possibility that PBN is still working. Each blog has a high DA but TF is too low. Good for SEO but not for site's metrics.
 
Good metric PBN blogs will work effectively.still working in a good manner only

I am interested in real pbn site.
 
PBN's work fine, only those who have no clue or sell access to their PBN get deindexed. its easy for google to find them, because they publicly announce their networks as such :P
google always hated "paid-for links" just read their ToS. anything where you pay to get a link is against google's ToS.. however if you create your own private network its hard for google to discover if you only use it to promote a handful money sites and not hundreds. so stay away from PBN services as those are all not true PBNs anyways and you just risk paying for something that gets banned anyways. the idea of a PBN is to have links that last, not just for short term benefit..
