PBN domain question

I keep finding good domains, however when I check them on waybackmachine the content is in a far eastern script e.g. 连击 and they have similar anchor text inbound links

Do I go for it, or would it be an issue to buy these and put English content on them?

You probably want to pass on those kinds of domains, Robbie.

I'd avoid them, I have had issues where a domain just gets no love whatsoever from organic search. You may have better luck with ppc but again, if the domain is blacklisted then it sounds like more hassle than it will be worth. YMMV, of course.
