PBN - does all content have to be highly focused?

I understand content around links should be laser targetted to the money site kws, but how about for the filler articles also on the homepage but without links? Could they just be in the general niche typed out in a blogger sort of way or do they have to be laser targetted too?

e.g - money site target kw: jungle jaguar fighting montages. niche : jaguars in the jungle

Filler article: Hey people. So I just got back from my jungle trip. What a wild time it was! My mom got eaten alive by a jaguar and I managed to photograph some nice feline photos. blablablablabla

money article: Jaguars are known to be highly hostile animals who fight with each other very often. Check out some jungle juguar montages here.

I don't think the focus needs to be THAT tight, but don't let it too far out of the general niche. You wouldn't put a pets articles on a jaguar site. If you can afford it, go ahead and be focused.

i've seen plenty of sites ranking with PBNs that will post anything as long as it's not gambling, porn, violence etc
 
Even if it is not the same niche it doesnt really matter. Many PBN have generic content from various niches.
 
You can keep them less focused than the main articles where you will link to money sites. But as others said, don't let that be too general.

Try to make use of the filler articles by targeting long tail keywords.
 
Filler articles should be related to you moneysite niche (but not too close). For example, write some articles about wildlife, jungles and other animals. It will be enough. It's not neccessary to duplicate keywords from your moneysite on PBN sites.
 
IMO, make your filler articles as relevant as possible with the topic of your money site.
 
Sometime focus, sometime not. It's depend on your keyword
 
I keep all mine focsed on the niche i am working with.

If you focus on the niche your on and that pbn can be very powerfull

Everybody has there own opionion on creating a greate pbn know days, i say try and split test.

That stops all arguements.
 
You need to focus on the contents because if there is any spun Google updates will affects you.
For a money site you can use some plagiarism checkers to make a unique content.
Likewise you have to concentrate on both ON page and OFF page seo methods.
