A lot has changed. I remember I used to rank my sites using keyword + regular word (phrase match) anchor text without repetition on my PBN. Even, title anchor text worked wonders. It seems a lot has changed.
Which anchor text gives you a nice boost to page 1 with your PBN?

Keyword rich ones still work best must be used in moderation.

With clients to keep things safe, I often recommend to use even brand and naked URL. Naked URL is nice because it is safe but also usually contains keyword.

Title, boarder topical terms, part of keyword, synonyms or brand + keyword work good as well.

This thread might be helpful.

If it is public PBN (which are in marketplace or publicly available to buy), use generic or raw url. If it belongs to you, use direct keywords

According to me , Use your primary keyword as Anchor text and get PBN links .It will Boost your ranking in SERP

We recommend using a mix of anchor texts, but probably not "generic" ones like "click here" etc. Since PBN links have great power, I believe it's totally ok to use the exact match as well. Still, you want to keep your anchor text ratio reasonable and as natural as possible.

So, would you use exact match on 7 PBN links when other links are generic, URL and branded anchor?

It depends on the number of "other" links, but basically, yes. I wouldn't use "speed23" as an anchor text for all 7 PBN links tho. Try to include it in a phrase that's understandable for Google as well. Make it look natural.
