Is Paypal only for people from US?
Im outside of US, I just registered, I verified my credit card, but I can not find the way to upload funds into my paypal. I can not see that option, please help me out. I have used only Skrill moneybookers before, but there is a problem because some sites only accept Paypal. So I need to get this going somehow...

You can only ad funds using a linked bank account. Can't add funds using CC i think. But paypal automatically charges your credit card when you pay using paypal. So your paypal should be fine to use as a payment option right now :D
 
But there is option to link Bank account only for United States

When I click add bank, it shows my country United States, I have never stated that, in my profile its set my own country

Which country are you located and what country is your paypal signed up with?

Even if you have a country restriction and you can't add a bank account, if a credit card is attached to your PayPal with funds on it, you're good to go. PayPal will charge your card, when you make a payment, you don't have to have funds on your PayPal balance. As a matter of fact, some vendors don't even accept paying via PayPal balance, only if you use your credit card either via PayPal or directly.
 
So If I understood, I want to make payment on some site they offer paypal option, I set my paypal and they charge my credit card when make payment so no need to upload monys first like its example with Skrill

Thats right, as long as your cc is linked to paypal. You go to the merchant, click their paypal option then it will direct you to your paypal login. Just login, pay and your done.
 
Do not want to spam the thread, but maybe anyone knows how I can register PayPal acc in US?. I live in a country, citizens of which cannot accept payments, only send. Can I maybe order Payonner card and add it to Paypal acc? or will it detect that I am doing it from outside of US?
 
You can open Paypal in lots f different countris the only thing is fees will vary so you need to take that into account.

Open the Paypal on your country (first make sure they allow it) and then call them ASAP to ask for your fees. You dont want any sudden fees that you werent expecting lol..

PS: As side note there are countries that dont support Paypal, like Nicaragua
