I have a verfied personal account.
Knowing that I live in Italy, can I create another account on the same PC without verifying it and without risking anything? I don't have the money to buy a RDP/proxy etc. and I'm asking this since I know a friend that's using two accounts without any problem.

Create it on your mothers\brother\father name and you good to go. I have 2 of those for years on the same IP.
BTW. How you doing in Italy? Shit about Corona is crazy as hell up there bud.

The fact is that both of my relatives already got an account. I don't know if creating a new account with a new email will get me in trouble for the other personal one.
Btw, about the Corona, it's been a week locked in my house. Shit feels like some kind of sci-fi film. The "great" news is that I live in an area where the virus still hasn't really spread, I hope for a better future.

I had like 5 accs on the same ip. At least in my country they don't care about IP, you just need to have legit national ID

From my experience, I would say NO if you don't have it on another name.
