Paypal without 21 day hold?

Ok...so I know it sounds like a scam but here is my dilemma: I have a ton of stuff to sell online. I have had it listed on CL and Facebook yardsales and other specialty sites...places where I could just meet the people in person and get cash rather than having to ship them out...however this kind of gear has a specific audience and in order for me to make the money I need to, I need to sell this stuff online. Now, I do not have the money to pay to ship everything out and if paypal holds the funds, I can't do it. I need to get a paypal account without the hold on it. Can anyone help out??
