Paypal Withheld payments

Good day BHW, So the problem has been accompanying me for over a year now with paypal. I am running some online shops and some of these items exceed $400 a piece. I live in Egypt and ever since the paypal was available for receiving money in egypt the money you get from online shops would stay in withheld state for a month before you can withdraw them, which led my customers to keep wondering and asking about that delay. I wouldn't send the product before i receive the money because the price of the items are too high and i wouldn't pay for it from my own pocket in case of an early refund.

I've contacted paypal numerous times with no reply.

Anybody have a solution to lift off this withheld payment status?

I would try moving away from paypal if I was you, countless people have had problems with them, including myself.
