Paypal withdrawal limit

please anyone have experience help me.

I received an email from PayPal on the 27th of May said (We've increased the amount immediately available to you each month. New: ‪2,479.20 USD‬ Previous: ‪1,000.00 USD‬)

Then on the 2nd of June, I received an email saying Any payments received from sales over $300.00 will be temporarily held and released after orders are fulfilled.

Why do the released payments decreased?

Paypal is an extremely paranoid company and if they sniff something unusual they will without warning ban your account. This has happened to a lot of people, even those who had their account verified. So if you're planning on using Paypal, be prepared for the possibility that your account could be banned in future. The solution is to keep some some back up PP accounts using different Ips or use other payment alternatives.

How i can make another account with my same info?? And what is the best and easy alternative? I live in meddle east
