What's the issue brother please tell me because i already withdraw few times but i face this problem 1st time
 
that smells limitation. do not keep retrying again and again immediately, just log out and retry later with a smaller amount.
 
Be patient, do not try again, and again, it can be just worst then it is.
Relax... I was also having some "problems" with PayPal today.
Just wait for an hour or more and then contact them.
 
Simply don't use Paypal, haven't used their services for half a year when they closed my personal account after I completed all verification processes. F those monkeys.

Paypal is easy for US client how can I use other payment methods?
 
Call them up or use chat feature.
This literally happens for everyone.
 
Just contact their support with the screenshot.
