I want to buy paypal vcc from someone on the forum. My question is: after my account gets verified can the verification be canceled after a while by the seller if he wants to so he can give the credit info to someone else and run with my money?

I don't want another source I just want to know if I get one from anyone I won't get screwed.

You cant get a VCC from someone on paypal.

That VCC can only use the balance from the main account.

Its pretty much the same account just another card.

Unless the person no longer uses their paypal card then I guess they will sell it to you but that would be dumb mixing their name with your unknow business.

I'm still waiting for an answer. If I get my paypal verified is there a way for the seller to reverse it?

if you want to use vcc with Paypal legaly
then buy vcc fron entropay
and fill up their form with your id proof & link your vcc with your bank account or debit card
credit your vcc from your debit card/bank money
their vcc will work for Paypal
so no need to buy it from others

vcc can be deleted
also he can give vcc info to some one else
and if there is money,he can run away with it

You can't reverse it, I have no clue as to what you even mean by that. Once a card is attach on your account, seller cannot give it to someone else. It would be pointless if he did since PayPal will just give you an error stating that it cannot be linked to another account.
