PayPal U.S. taxpayer status

Hey there,

So, after some work and trying figuring out my first business online
I got my first payment from Paypal and I just got this



Does anyone know, had experience with?
Is there any way to make a stealth account (idc if it's not USA based), safe one that can work peacefully?
Is there any way to fake it?

I can do the work, but I'm really limited in term of cash

PS: I can't pay for a stealth account, neither creating a Paypal account here (banned)

It's very hard if you can't verify your US Taxpayer status, Paypal is on top of everything here in America

Would the amount be hold for 21 days or there's no chance of getting it at all?
Making a Paypal from a different country would be a good idea?

U should verify that u are a US Taxpayer. I could be wrong but they may hold your funds untill u verify it.

I've never been in this situation but I agreed I believe they'll hold your funds until you verify it
