paypal to cash

So I have a lot of paypal funds and need to get them in cash asap. I dont care about high fees, I just need to get it out of the account right now.
I cant use any cards for this.

I was thinking set up an airbnb listing and set the payout method to western union... pay with paypal funds to airbnb for the listing and airbnb will pay my brother through western union (its not really trustworthy for airbnb if i am renting to myself for myself...)

Is there a legit reason? I may have some advice but the only time I see things so urgent is when accounts are stolen.

The reason is I am not in my country, I cannot get the money out of my bank account because the pin is incorrect (stupid I know), cannot get the pin unless i go back to the other side of the world for it, I ran out of cash, basically I need to get the paypal money to eat... I cannot ask for money to anyone, I am seriously stressed out and thats why Im asking for help here...

Im also find myself an uncountable number of times in this crooked situation. However the downside of such a plight is that one is confronted by the fact that its currently unavailable as some folks tend to use it at a medium to launder money.
I would recommend the admins or someone to offer such a service, to members with aged accounts and in good standing and also having transaction limits. For instance someone like the OP (No offense) will have to wait a couple of years to be eligible. That will save quite a number of honest buyers and sellers some headache and cost.
On the other hand I cant wait for the payoneer payment gateway as to its been over due and would be a huge relief.

i can see this working, the only question is how well do you trust your brother?

I remember that a respectable member of this forum with an aged account and lots of activity for the last 5 years got his user banned because of such a situation (I think it was about 600 Euro). So such a cashout method will fail unless we're talking about a real legit method.
I do have for the OP 2 solutions that I can see in this situation:
1. To transfer money from his PP to another PP that has a Debit Card for cash out and to receive the money via a regular cash transmitter.
2. To find out 2-3 products that he can buy with online money and he can sell them for real cash where he is sitting now (are plenty of these products).
These are the 2 solution that I've been testing and were working perfectly if the OP is honest and genuine

looks sketch, that's gonna raise up red flags around you bro

1) Find another reputable forum member where you are now.

2) Contact them and ask if they'd accept to give you cash locally if you transfer the funds to them via paypal.

3) Transfer the funds and meet with them to hand you the cash.

4) In the meantime fix your PIN so you'll use your regular bank next time.

Make sure they're reputable here and you'll probably do fine.
