(Paypal) Switching from business to Personal

I started my business paypal account two years ago when I had a Shopify Store But i fail , Now every time i receive a payment Paypal Hold it For a month . I would like to change my paypal account to a personal account (keeping all the financial info the same) but am unsure how to do this. Is it even possible? Or i should create another account ?

Any advice would be appreciated!

Call support and they will sort it out.

Go to paypal page. Contact us, email us, choose account, then downgrade business account.

As mentioned, better call support, they will process it instantly.
The question is why the hold you the payments? You had issues with disputes with the Shopify store?

No i didn't had any issues cause i sell my store after 2 months without any orders
they hold my payments because i am not trusted seller yèt

I have the same issue. I think the best way to address your issue is to call them rather than emailing them since there is a chance that they will require some proof of identity and address if you email them.
