Good day,

Is there any advice for withdrawing money from PayPal stealth account for non-US customer? Buying items in stores? Buy bitcoins?

You can buy BTC on Paxful or Localbitcoins.

You can create account on Cryptopay and get their plastic bitcoin debit card and take you money on every ATM that accept VISA. The cost of the card is $15 in BTC.

What about account verification at Cryptopay? It must be the same name as PayPal account holder?

You have to upload scanned ID and utility bill if you want to be 100% legal. This is required if you want to get the card.

If you want to have a stealth Cryptopay account, you can try to buy it here on BHW.

Cryptopay account name and address must be the same as PayPal? Is there a problem if I withdraw in another country?

Of course not. You are buying bitcoins with Paypal from other people on Paxful and they are sending you Bitcoins to your Cryptopay wallet. Then you withdraw money with your Cryptopay debit card on ATM.
 
I am using cryptopay card and it's work fine(you must verify your account to be able to withdraw more that 400$ per day and 1k in total and to be able to send money from paypal to your card/account) , I recommend it but you must be aware about the cost , every $1k withdraw you will lose 30$ if you withdraw in dollars , for local currency will be much more.

You can use the card without any verification lol but there are some withdraw limits .

or can be cheaper if you get it from an affliate link , 11$ or something like that .
 
There are more ways to withdraw from pp like using cards for example etc or as you say btc exchanger
 
These are two options which I recommend:

1. Buying a Cryptopay/Xapo card and withdraw at ATM (+3$ fees will apply, maybe more if you withdraw more $$$)
2. Buying Cash locally or via Localbitcoins/Paxful
