PayPal stealth withdraw

Set up a quick site with woocommerce. Make a product with the same amount you want to withdraw. Link the woocommerce to your real PayPal or bank or whatever. Buy the fake product from yourself on your stealth account, and itll be in your real account.

I do this to get the cash off used gift cards and transferring money between paypals

how does this woocommerce works? isnt it the same as you would buy your own items via ebay for example?
i think im missing the point

Same thing, if you really wanna deal with ebay I guess..
 
I am using Viabuy card connected to PayPal. It's possible to withdraw 10.000 euros per year. You need some verification papers, but creative minds can overcome this issue.
Using vpn on own vps to log in every time. Been doing this for a year and still no issues.
