paypal stealth account

hello

this is my first post on forum so pls be patient

I am retying create paypall stealth account. Account is as customer only not seller i dont need to recive money at all. I have offshore account for my real data but when I opened seccond account after like weak i was limited and after kyc baned cause "risk". I still have one more card on offshore account so i can try again but I would like no to be baned ideally without even kyc (this is possible cause my main account is like that but on my domestic bank account).
This is what i did in myh previous attempt:
1. pick one of my gmails
2. use antidetect browser
3. i used some residential proxy from my country. I didnt checked this ip on ipqualityscore to avoid ban. But on google youtube and bhw i didnt got any captchas soo i guess ip is fine. Ip is Maintain connection (HIGH TRUST) mode in ip provider site
4. start browser
5. 1-2 random google searched
6. go to paypall
7. register
8. put all my data inside
9. i rented some non prepaid phone for 2 weaks
10.i put sms code
11. put blling address assigned to card (unfortunalty was offshore)
12, put card data
13. everything looks fine now
14. i bought sth on kinguin for like 2 $
15. wait ~24h
16, make some donation ~3 $
17. wait ~24h
18. send f&f for like 2$ for some random who kindly asked me for money
19. wait 24h
20. login
21, wait 24 h
22. login
23. i am limited
24. kyc
25. ban

any ideas what i can do better next time or is fine and i was just unlucky cause paypall is hit and miss?
 
Advertise on BHW
Why not buy from marketplace ? There are many sellers who are more experienced in this niche and this will also save lot of your time.

i tryed do it by myself if i ll fail this ll be next option

u know DIY just for fun and i just runned out of idead what can i do better :)

You do it so fast, you should not use PP on the first week for all. And don't use google search, it can leak your real location. Use Bing search instead. I use multiple stealth accounts and all are fine. In which country do you live?

and i am using google on undetectable browser with socks proxy so it shouldnt idea is to create some session cookies to looks more legit on session cause it might look weird when someone open brand new browser and instantly create account

On the first day, I just walked for 30 minutes to an hour through the most popular sites in my geo, and then I went to my email and registered an account.

You failed already on step 11/12
It is not only about the IP.
A Strong Credit Card (from a reputable Bank) or even a better Bank Account is always better than a random CC.

Those will be flagged at some point anyway, no matter how well the ACC was created.
It is the behavior of the User which flags the Account

Partially correct - The Keyword is "Cookies"

Think from the angle of a regular user: Why should you create a PayPal Account and then not use it often or after one week at all?

F&F is something you should avoid in the beginning while warming up.
New Accounts will be flagged by default, and some evidence, etc., is necessary - warming up your account is essential; you can't start and blast much money instantly.
But also, this pattern makes you suspicious. The same goes also for WISE.
If this were so easy, then everyone would run and open PayPal Accounts on mass.

There are many things to consider, not easy, but better avoid.
Cant give you a tutorial - but the main points i have marked.

sooner or later will be limited it's just matter of time that's why there is nothing called stealth accounts in 2024

Thanks for pro tip with credit card i used some advcash card as my offshore quasibank so i guess that was not good enough i ll use some sellers verification vcc for paypal that should be better and i need to make shure or make eg. USA account or make my local billing adress that should work. I think with AVS shouldnt be big deal to put my data.

I am just wanna make some purchases that dont wanna put on my main bank account thats it i guess, i think this is like customer only account no reciving money at all so i dont think should be too problematic cause in few places that i wanna buy some electronic stuff they accept only paypall,

For cookies this is why i tryed using some google/ yt before anything to make "looks legit" but nvm probably too short

well one of think i wanna use my account is some not connected easly with me donates soo this is why and I doing random things like normal user cause users giving donates sometimes.

and i dont have problem with kyc at lest here i have advcash account on my data and this second paypall can be kyc as well no problem i just dont wanna be this on my local bank statement that i bought something or gived money to someone. I not gonna launder money. My both local bank are just too sensitive for some my purchases and too connected with local goverment. And if there is no thinks in bank that i am supporting X or i buying Y this is what i whant.

well my main account created 2 years ago ans is still not kyc so i hope i can repete this :)

its mandatory; at some point, they will ask for it, even for my personal PayPal, which is 10+ years old, i had to verify in the last years

"stealth accounts" dont have a long duration, so nobody is using PayPal for certain things.
 
I would suggest buying an account instead of creating your own. It will save yourself a ton of worry

From my experience, creating accounts in European countries where PayPal can accept and send money is safer than UK and US PayPal accounts

That I tryed, but i used usa card and i guess that was case :/
(USA card assigned to advcash cause that i had)

Most important aspect to remember when going down the Stealth route - many accounts, spreading risk.

Being at peace with limitations as they come- knowing you have plenty of other accounts.

We never leave more than $400 or so in any account at any one time. You will lose PP balances from time to time, accept it.

Cashout via crypto services offered by people (12% fee approx).
