What is the best way to do paypal -> skrill (Moneybookers)..

Is there any service provider? like freelancer, elance?

or an trusted online exchanger?

Please advice.

You should find someone like a friend who has both paypal and skrill to help you out. Don't trust those exchangers online. I've been once scammed by someone who had awesome rating on a forum. It wasn't a big amount of money ($60), but still it was my money.

Sorry buddy to hear that being scammed is a bad feeling. however, thank you for your advice. i will make sure to find somebody.
