Paypal Sending payment error

I have balance available in my paypal account but when i wanna purchase something or i send money fnf or service i am facing same issues as image below my paypal account is personal but i received many payments through service

Just wait a few hours OR contact support. I have seen this too, nothing to worry about.
 
Sometimes it can show to only a person.

Last time I saw this, my account got limited the next few days.

Hope that is not the case with you.

Maybe they check the account now? Not sure really.. but they have held my payments and displayed such errors many times but never had problems.
 
Contact to PayPal support, they will help to solve the issue...

I don't really think that is the solution though.

First, you need to wait like 2 hours or even more just to get on the phone with a representative of PayPal. Other than that I think that OP has a stealth PayPal (I might be wrong though) which will only create more problems and possibly closing the account.
 
Don't contact support for this if you have a stealth account... just wait a day or two and it will usually sort itself out.

That has happened to me and I had to resort to paying using one of my other stealth accounts and in a day or so it was fine.

Not sure what the issue was but you don't want any attention that could cause a real issue with a stealth account.
 
lol I have a similar situation where I had sent a bigger amount to another paypal, went back and canceled it as the user hasnt accepted it. Saw in my account the transaction as canceled and just recently I logged in and my account shows limited with a negative balance as turns out paypal wired my bank that amount as a refund instead lol. Its been like 20days now no changes.
 
Paypal is garbage. They do all kinds of shit without having your permission. If they decide you're not getting the money out, you're not getting it out. Hopefully it works out for you.
 
As like BTB say, just leave this account for 48 hours and do not even login

This will be okay and you can use this as normal
