PayPal Sending money HELP!

So, I am trying to get money out of my paypal account, it has a balance of around $2100 in it, it is a Canadian unverified account, I tried sending the money to another paypal account but it said payment can not be sent. I called paypal support and they said I need some financial information. Is there anyway I can send the money without adding a cc or bank account? ( Because those are not options for me )
Can I get a VCC or bank account so that I can withdraw or just send the money to another paypal account?
Could I call paypal and tell them to do it for me? If so what should I say?
Account does not have real info on it, which is why I can't provide a cc or bank account. Please help me!
Whoever helps me gets to keep atleast $100 of the money!
I only have until this Friday! so please respond quickly!

If they ask for a bank account, add a VBA/VCC.
If they are asking for documents, contact secondeye. He can get you some fakes.
 
Has the account been limited? If not then have you recently received money into the PayPal account? I always get a sending error with PayPal when I've just received money into the account. It's a temporary hold of funds, if this is the case then in 24 hours you should be able to send money again. If however the account is limited then your options are limited.
 
They don't ask me for anything from the site, it just says "Sorry payment could not be sent at this time", so I called paypal and they told me that I had to add a CC to send money, which I think is bs because ive sent money from account with no CCs on them before.
I tried sending the money to another account with the same IP, could this be the problem? Either way, im new to this and very confused, if I dont get the money by Friday night, I wont be able to take the money at all.
So please, if anyone can help, please do, I will offer to give more than $100 if someone helps me get the money out! Thanks so much!
 
My account isn't limited or anything, it is perfectly fine, it has a 2300$ balance which I can't send, the error I get is the same as yours.
Additional info is, that the balance is from money that I got from a payment, I waited over 21 days, so the pending balance went to my available balance. I got an email from paypal saying that the money is now in my available balance. Ill wait until tomorrow and try sending the money again, the account is canadian,
 
Adding vba to the account will help you to send anymount to anybody..

Can you please tell me how or where I can get a VBA? Please someone help me, would it be possible for anyone to skype me?
Also, if I tried using the money through ebay would it go through?
 
for some countries like uk, canada and such you will need to add VBA and CC in order to make transactions , better stick to those countries which do not have these restrictions.

Try adding VCC, then send it to other account. Try both option (Gift and Service), if this not works then add some of your money to Virwox ;)
 
Everyone is saying I need to get a VCC and/or VBA, thats the problem. I dont know how or where to get one quick, please, if any of you or anyone you know, knows how to create one or get me one, please let me know, I promise you I will give you atleast 100$ for your help, because if i dont get the money out by friday night its gone forever.

This is major fucking bullshit.

This is not some account issues. This is happening all over the web.

There is a problem with paypal and the fact that paypal doesn't shit about it when you ask them pisses me off even more.

MY account is 100 year old. I been their since day one. Have 2 banks 4 cards and I have not been able to send money
for 2 days. It's actually costing me MONEY.

Here is the temporary FIX.

Have the person or account you need to send money to Request Money be sent. This works.

But god dam fees go to person requesting money.

I fucking Hate corporate fucking paypal Whores.

Update you can send money as good. But recipient gets the fees as well. Owe well. Tell them charge it to the GAme. Fuck it

If they ask for Document then you must hv to submit real document. you cant use there virtual Card or Bank acc, hv to use Original Card & Bank Acc.
If u dont hv that u cant cash out.

But u hv only one way that if you got that $2100 from some one else paypal. Then Just refund that money to that paypal otherways until u submit your real document u cant cash out.

No body should make any big transaction with unverified paypal or verified by VCC or VBA or With out Real Document.

Try transferring money not more than $500/month. I think, that's the limitation for unverified accounts.
