PayPal Sending money HELP!

You can change the info to the real data and then use a real CC to withdraw. You can revert the changes after you get your money.

As far as a VCC, try bluesaphire's service. I have used her VCCs with both real and fake information. I've only done US accounts though, so you will need to ask if it will work for a Canadian account.

As far as a bank: again, I don't know how it works for Canadian accounts, but your bank information usually doesn't need to match your PayPal information (name, address, etc.), so get yourself any bank account hooked up to your PayPal and withdraw.

Note that if you send the funds to another PayPal, you run the risk of burning both PayPal accounts plus the bank attached to the second PayPal account. If you withdraw from the account in question, you will burn that bank account. By burn I mean there is a good chance you cannot use these bank/PayPal accounts again on PayPal should any issues arise like account limitation/termination, further account inquiry, etc.

Well he said he needed this done by Friday, which meant March 7. Perhaps he didn't get the money out in time and Cosa Nostra gunned him down?

He took the Half money out..I was about to ask the fee for the card..but no reply from him in skype..

I dont do charity work man..I do business half or full..He have to pay atleast for the card..as no one here works for paypal or own paypal

OP is a fucking scammer..said its not allowing him to send the money so i add the card send money ..added the card and disappeared.fu**ng scammer..
