So, yesterday I logged into my PP account and I got the following message:
May 2, 2013: It's been a little while since you used your account. So, we just want to make sure that you authorized some recent transactions.
Great. I thought I was going to get over this quickly: They asked me to provide some details about my latest transcations, they also asked my photo ID and an utility bill.. I told them about my transactions.. Not big deal.. I just get paid weekly by a PPD network.. and I sometimes buy services from Fiverr. That's all. Not any eBay shit or anything like that. I also don't sell anything. So I submited my photo ID and today I was going to submit an utlility bill.. BUT SURPRSISE! I got an email from them saying:
They just went full retard. It also says "This limitation cannot be appealed" They are SO RETARDED. Also my paypal was verified. I called their shitty customer support but yeah, the same retarded answers (I don't even know why I bothered calling them)
I don't get it why they did that since I only used that account to recieve my payments. I didn't sell anything (i saw that most people who get that problem are eBay sellers).
So is there a possibility that they will let me withdraw ALL my money after 30 days? Quote:
Also I had a limit of $500 that I could withdraw everyday. Will I be able to withdraw more than 500 dollars? I guess it is possible since no one will make any chargebacks or any kind of this shit since I don't offer any services.
Also what's a good alternative for PayPal?

Personally, I now only work with Payza or Moneybookers. Have never had problems with either.

Because I get an average 550 dollars every week from the PPD network that I work for..

They will let me withdraw them in SIX MONTHS. And that's just TOO MUCH. I need my money NOW not in 6 months and Paypal has no right to hold them for that long since I didn't do anything against their shitty ToS. I even consider taking them to the european court of justice

There is a $500 monthly withdrawal limit if your account isn't verified, and you can only use it to pay for stuff that only accepts payza. If you get it verified you can get the payza prepaid debit card, and use the money at alot more places.

    Where are you based?

I'm in the UK and their small claims court is very simple. If it was me, I'd do the following:

Very polite but stern email that you want YOUR money. Either they provide you access to your account to withdraw, or they can wire the money into a bank account you specify.

Inform them if this is not done by (date) you'll be left with no option but to issue a summons.

Wait until given date and then issue a small claims summons against them for the amount + damages + court fees.

    Job done.

Chances are as soon as they receive a summons from the court, they'll just pay what ever is owed as its cheaper to just pay you as opposed to pay lawyers to defend the case.

Even if they do defend, I can't see how they would win.

You get your money.... plus you get extra in damages for your time.

I've used the small claims system several times, even for cases friends and a lawyer have told me I have no chance! I've won every time representing myself (judges have to aid you in legal matters during the case if represent yourself - subconsciously gets them sympathetic with your side ;) )

UK small claims court is very easy to deal with.

Just set up better backup systems for next time mate, this happens all the time if your doing serious shit, and you need to be staying at least 3-5 steps ahead.

    Quite the defeatist attitude.

Do you want your money or not?

Everything is fixable and you can always win. It's just a case of taking action and getting the job done.

Don't treat IM like a game. Run it like the business it is.

Call them if you haven't already, be polite and explain the situation. If they still refuse, then proceed with what @DanDanger told.
If you do this, you'll get your money for sure.

Just make sure you also email. When you issue a summons you'll need all communication in writing so the judge can read it. Just a simple print out of the email, but phone calls judges are sketchy on as there's never a transcript.

I already called them but it was useless.
    Again:

Does this mean that there's a chance i'll get my money back after 30 days if there are no chargebacks or complains in my account?

You mentioned that you only use this for getting your weekly PPD payout + some fiverr stuff. Does your network not allow you to get paid by wire transfer or any other methods besides paypal? You can always buy Fiverr gigs as a paypal guest.

Sounds to me this route would avoid having any third party website handle your money...

I use Cleanfiles.net. Yes, there are more payment options besides paypal but PP was just the best option to me.. I'll be using Payoneer after my card arrives :)
Also, didn't know that I can buy gigs as a "paypal guest". Thanks a lot for this information ;)
Hope they'll release all my money in 30 days.
