Hey, I'm not going to lie to you guys I'm an underage user of PayPal, and have been happily selling and buying things with my PayPal account for a couple of years now. However a couple of days PayPal limited to my account because I had received over £1,900 in the last year. I am sorted for the bank statement as that is genuine and has the address on that is registered to my PayPal account, however I really don't know what to do about the Photo ID.
My initial idea was to use my genuine passport and photoshop my date of birth on it, which I have now done. I spent about 30 mins on it and just by looking at it you would never realise it had been photoshopped, even under scrutiny. However, some people are saying that PayPal electronically verify the passport number? Is this true? And if it is true what information would the check give PayPal? As if it only showed them if the passport number was valid then I would be fine, but if it showed them my date of birth I would be screwed.
I'm in the UK, and has anyone got any better ideas about what to use as ID?
    Thanks a lot!
