I would like to start selling services on my website, and would like to accept payments with paypal. But as I read more about Paypal refunds, I worry more.

How big customer chances would be to get a refund, if he gets a service, but decides that it doesn't satisfy him, even tough I give him what he bought?

For example I sell 1000 clicks for his website, but he waits two weeks and sees that he only got 500 of them. If I write in terms of service that I do not guarantee that user gets all clicks in some period of time, would that help me to win?

You need to make it clear on your sales page and in your T&Cs how long it will take to deliver your service.

PayPal chargebacks are an unfortunate inconvenience but if you deliver a good service in a timely manner they should be minimal.

You should specify the exact time frame in which all the clicks are delivered. If it doesn't always happen in two weeks, then don't promise two weeks.

It's a digital service, there will be enough chargebacks without you not being able to deliver in time.

And what if I do not specify any time frame, but I mention that in terms of service or before user purchases? Cause its a service I can not predict how long it takes. It would be big disadvantage for me as a seller when refund is raised?

You have to specify some sort of timeframe unless you are providing an ongoing subscription service.

Customers will not wait forever when another provider can specify 7,14 or 30 days!

I understand, but if before clicking buy button I show them a message about that timeframe is not specified, and they still buy, can they still get a refund? If they clearly saw what they are buying

Leaving it ambiguous like that is probably more reason for people to not purchase.

    Why do that?

Be straight up and tell people what they are going to get and how long it will take for you to deliver... you can't build a business on ambiguity and expect it to thrive.

Would you buy a service which promises you 1k clicks, but no time frame? Now those who will still order regardless this, they will expect to get it delivered in a day or two more than likely, if you don't specify anything. They definitely won't wait 30 days or more.
