The paypal policy does not change much from country to country but every bank or credit card company has
different chargeback time limits so yeah that can be different.

Just keep all proof from the transaction in case they do try to charge back. If its a virtual item keep the item and take some pictures and ask if the customer is satisfied. For a physical item keep the tracking number and that should do it. Make sure to contact the buyer that he is 100% happy and that you are not dealing with chargebacks if he makes one because you will not tolerate it.

After 45 days paypal wont do a chargeback, this doesn't mean their credit card/ bank wont do a chargeback.

Can i somehow find out if buyers paid with credit card or they paid with money on paypal?
Cause if they had money on paypal, they cant file chargeback.
