Can a PayPal account stay limited forever until you verify? Or will it be permanently banned after like 180 days and you haven’t verified the account?

I find it limited forever. But if you trade on money it will only hold you for 30 days, bro

Okay because I have -40 and I have my real address but fake postal code on it and I don't want any letters coming to my house.
