I did 8+ transaction to the same guy , $30-$60 per transaction in the last 20 days.

Wanted to ask if i can get a charge back on all transaction since his service isn`t what he told me.

Or if i do more than 1-2 payments on the same user that means that it was legit in my eyes?

Better off calling your bank or Paypal to get these reversed. You'll need a decent explanation though.

Well, yes. Some one recomended this guy. I bought his captcha services, test it on my VPS's and didn`t worked like said.

What can i do know? :P

I don`t want to brake my paypal image because of that i did this thread, to ask.
 
Its better you can Contact With PayPal, Called Them and tell them about service you buy from him.As Mr. apricot said You'll need a decent explanation though.

Honestly, Dude, you waited 6 payments too long. The first 2 are on him and the balance on you as you kept paying even though they did not work.

Need a captcha service? Get a hold of Captcha Sniper guys who are 100% honest.

I bought the packages all at once, it did work well enough at begging..and after some time it was starting to go offline online. Anyway, i will try to speak with pp.
 
You can ask for a refund on each transaction, open the dispute on each one and escalate in to a claim. So you can ask your money back 8 times.
However, before you do it, think about the fairness of such behavior and if it really was of no use at all.
