PayPal problem

I am using PayPal for a year, and have good sales, but buyer buy my digital product on 13 may and report as unauthorised purchase in 29 may. So will I loose money and also I am so nervous because it's my first time to see my PayPal balance in negetive.

I added all the replies in resolution center but I not received any response from that buyer and not from the PayPal. Kindly help.

:/ You can never win a case in digital sales with PayPal.

It will be okay if I deactivate my account and open a new PayPal account with new bank account.
 
When dispute/refund come for digital products u should count it as lose and simply refund it or negotiate with buyer if u want to save your account, win case for digital products r rare. And u cant open another business pp with same info once they closed it.

Let me tell you the story that this buyer Is selling my digital product for free on blackhatsites which is literally illegal. And I really try to ask him and also send the email but he not replying.

I don't mean to sound like an ass but that's sort of the definition of black hat - https://dictionary.cambridge.org/dictionary/english/black-hat

Unless it's something very valuable I'd just forget about it, learn and continue selling. If it's valuable maybe show proof to admins and they could maybe do something.
 
It should be okay if i delete my PayPal account and create a new account with the same Bank account to solve the problem?
 
In order to Win a Digital Service Claim you must request a KYC Policy. if you won't do it, its gone.

Yes, He claimed for Unauthorized Transactions right?
Type of KYC that will make you win Cases Like that:

1. Proof of Address - Utility Bill that states the same address that he got on His PayPal Account
2. Proof of Payment - Credit Card Copy - Front - 6 Digits + 4 Last Digits, Back (Cover the CVV)
3. Proof of ID - That shows the Name of the PayPal owner and paypal can verify it.
 
This is why you should start charging in crypto.
Once the balance hits your wallet, there is no more refunds going on, only if you want.
 
Go to dispute section and submit your dealing document . then PayPal will check it and make a decision. If your document is real then you will win or if it fake you will loose .
