Is there a way to open a paypal account for dropshipping
without a bank account or credit card?

Is it possible with a virtual card?

any help is appreciate.

you cant use without verify account. you can buy a full verified paypal from marketplace on this forum, or if you want i can assist you.

no possibility of such, you must verify the PayPal with card else it won't work

That Not Possible You need to have a fully verified Paypal account or You probably get on Marketplace for some sellers on here

You can either buy a full verified account or a VCC for PayPal if I'm not mistaken.

You can open the account but you'll need to verify. If you start doing any business without verifying, they'll block you.

I read some few days ago that someone was having issues verifying PayPal with VCCs.
But there are plenty of sellers, you should message some of them and see if VCCs are currently experiencing any issues when added to PayPal.
