Paypal Problem

Hello all,

When ever my customers try to send me money they all are getting this error "
We can’t complete this transaction. The recipient has exceeded the receiving limit and must provide more info to lift the limit.
If you continue to encounter problems, please contact customer service.
"
My paypal have no problem at all. I have done around 4k$ transactions in past 4 months on the same paypal, Account is verified multiple times in past. There is no withdrawal or sending limits. Also I contacted paypal, they asked to remove bank account and re add it again, i did but not worked. The customer service guy is also don't know what to do :P.
Is there anyone here who faced the same problem ?
I think i have to close the account and open another but I wanted to keep my paypal score.

Its personal account. And I'm from india so I have verified using my PAN card, address proof and bank statement. Yes i contacted customer service but the guy is also not able to fix it. He said my account is all set. But then said to remove bank account and add it again, I did but not worked. He said that it's a strange problem, He never encountered such problem :P
 
I think it's an issue with PayPal system.
The customer care may not know because PayPal does not reveal security details to all their staffs. It may go away on it's on since it's not directly asking you to verify or link anything.

Had similar issues way back and it went away on its own. That's why it's good to always have more than one PayPal account.

Is there a possibility of having more than one verified PayPal account? I got contacted by PayPal 2 years ago about it, claiming it is not completely legal.

yes i have 2 verified accounts on same name. 3rd one is not verified yet. :P never knew this.

i was faced same problem and i called paypal, they said had some problems their system, after 2-3 days that problem solved.

this is why i don't use Gaypal. why don't you use skrill. it works very good for me.

The creditcard of your client used is already expired which caused the error
 
driver's license, address proof, bank account, social media verification etc.
