Hey guys, I've been selling on ebay mainly cosmetics and stuff, but I also have been selling injectable vitamins. These are completely legal to buy over the counter in my country, and I saw other people selling them. I been selling them for about 2 months and yesterday I got my paypal account permanently limited due to selling injectable vitamins. If I knew that would of be such a problem, I would never sell them. I had about 850 euros, which I really needed. Any of you guys encountered such a limitation? Is there any way you can restore your account? Also in the worst case scenario would they at least allow me to withdraw my money? Thanks
Everyone selling via Paypal: withdraw your funds daily. I don't think anything injectable is legal via Ebay anyway, not in the West.
I'd suggest you approach them, ask for the funds to be released and even be so bold as to say you won't sell these again using their payment system. Even though these are allowed in your country, they must be against their TOS, by the sounds of it.
I live in Eastern Europe and never though I might be doing something wrong as those are widely sold at the pharmacies without prescription. Many bodybuilders use them too.

I guess your competitor on eBay reported your product and because they don't want competition they are going to cry until your product is removed. It happened to me but different story, my product got removed on eBay and issue a copyright notice but fhe funny thing is I am the original product creator.
I understand that. But just to give you a counterexample, here in my region you go to jail for selling those outside a clinic or hospital. Laws are different. If Ebay itself was caught allowing sales of those things, they'd be in trouble.
Well I guess your product is really under the prohibited activities of paypal. See this link https://www.paypal.com/en/webapps/mpp/ua/acceptableuse-full Ok so there's people from eBay selling kinds of stuff like your's that still up and running. What do you think is the difference?
Nothing. Paypal is very strict on this stuff. Where in Eastern Europe are you by the way? I'm in Czech Rep and those vitamins are banned here.
I don't deny my fault. I should of been aware of their policy. I got it, it's my mistake. I'm more concern that my business went down the drain, that's why I'm asking if somebody has been in the same situation and is there something that can be done. I have 500 listing and only one was these f**cking vitamins. I believe that's a bit harsh.
I think the eBay sellers have this. Providing file sharing services or access to newsgroups; or selling alcoholic beverages, non-cigarette tobacco products, e-cigarettes or prescription drugs/devices. Please send contact information, business website URL and brief business summary to [email protected]
You should explain this to them and tell them in your region it's not illegal and that you'd like a 2nd chance.
Thanks, I sent them 2 emails and got 2 identical answers. The funniest thing is that many US MD ordered them, even thanking me for supplying as they inject them to patients who lack different vitamins
The fact that you sold to the US without a licence basically means you're f*cked and lucky you've not been fined.
So what, they limit your account and the money is automatically THEIRS now? WTF? At least tell those fuckers to give your money. This is same like AdSense saying you brought fake trafick, or broke the ToS, "We are getting the money back to the insvestors", but yet no one EVER got a returned balance (or refund) from AdWords.... shity ppl!
