Paypal Payment

Paypal is resctricted here on my country and no one can really use it here. My friend in Germany has created paypal account in his name but haven't added bank account and credit/debits card.

Can i receive payments from other people without fully verifying that account. I mean without adding bank account and cards?

Will the money gets deposited in that account or gets back to sender?

you can use us paypal account via vps. vpn or iphider
