paypal new security Shit

hello every body now i need a help from professionals bodys in PayPal

-now i was have my account in Paypal unverified ok i cant buy any thing from any site automatically..but i can telling the company witch i want to buy from it and it sending me invoice and i pay it then every thing is ok by the way my country not allowed Paypal then i get fake data and make sign up from other country ....


-now PayPal add new security type that i have to enter my visa for make confirmation ..then sure i cant

now any body can solve this shit i have 200$+ in this account

please purchase any VCC somewhere to create an account on entropay and get a virtual credit card to lift the limit on paypal.

Purchase VCC from your nearest bank.

Get anonymous Prepaid card => Go to Entropay => obtain a Virtual credit card => add that card to you Paypal account => raise Paypal Limit

a vcc is a creditcard which dosnt need any verfied address.. so you can add with any address
so add it
it will lift of limit

3-must be the visa card been from singapore ? or they accepted any country ?
