I got call form Singapore before holding the funds and they said they will hold the money for 180 days and then they will release it. I sent all the supporting documents and all other details they asked for. Its been more then 180 days and i call them each time and all they say is "ticket has been raised and you will get a call with in 24 to 48 hours" !!

    Thanks

That's frustrating! Did you add a bank account or card for them to send the money to?

Stop transactions on this one and use another account for your business. Paypal releases reserve funds if there are no transactions in 90 days. At least, that's what I read.

If they are not assisting you via phone or email, then lash them on social networks. Post on their facebook and twitter and they might look into your case.

you need to speak to the person in charge over the phone and not just any support staff, if the person who you're speaking to isn't able to help, insist on a supervisor, the person who can really take a look on your account and able to release the funds right on spot
just explain him/her that the 180 days grace period is over, you haven't sold anything in 90 days and you'd really prefer to see your funds released now, if you get the same 24-48 hour BS, that's not good enough, just hung up the phone, dial again and speak to somebody else, eventually it will work

Oh $XX,XXX what you do these days

Try to call the support team as soon as possible they may lock you account if its unclaimed for long time
indicate the support ticket code that you complainted before when they raised the minimum limit
