yesterday my paypal is limited . need Confirm Social Security number , photo id and utility bill. if anyone can unblock my paypal then i will give him 30 dollar.. thanks. this is most important paypal account for me. so anyone please help me...

How you confirm SSN if you in Bangladesh? Not possible legally
 
Contract to the secondeye he is really good in paypal service.
 
Its Really not possible to submit SSN. You can submit/ manage all type of fake document except SSN.
 
Few of my friends fixing those issues though and I work like middleman. anyway if you want from me you can contact me too.

SSN is going to be hard to get, but you can try sweet talk to them after all the docs are submitted
