Paypal limited my account
and the only other option i have is paxum and payoneer but i live in france, what should I do?

Why not just create another account under a family member or friend? I know it probably isnt what you want to hear but all of us have went through the limited acct crap with paypal. No matter what you do you will never win with them weather your in the right or not. I wish I had a better answer but that is the fastest way around them.
 
The thing is I made a new account, with new ip, new bank account, and they still found my ass!!!! they linked it to another fucked up account
but if i make another account with a family member, there will still be my bank account and i think they find me with my address or sth...i do not understand how they found me
 
Oh okay, I see what your saying now. What country are you in? in the US you can verify with a CC, I just use throw away prepaids from local gas stations
 
did you sign up with same name?

you might not clear LSO cookies then, see Google.

same name...it has to be the same name because of the bank info
and its not cookies or IP because its a new computer with new ip
 
Honestly then I think your best bet would be to signup under a different name and acct of a trusted family member or friend and just go that route. I have 8 different accts with scampal for this very reason all through different family and trusted friends.
 
trick your name and address and take care of other know things well.

they also may get problem with the taxes and all that
 
You need paypal to receive payments??? If Yes, then you can use Plimus for e-products & services and 2checkout for both tangible and non-tangible items. I think Plimus and 2checkout both can transfer your funds to payoneer account.

Yes to receive money, and the company that send me the money only accept Paypal, Paxum and Payoneer
But I think Paxum and Payoneer does not work in France
 
If these are monthly payments then you can make arrangements like using your relative or friend's existing paypal account to receive that payment. If that amount is not so high, then you can manage to receive it in non-verified paypal accounts, I am using such account for more than one year with small payment and still no issue.

It will increase your cost but still its reliable. You can get payoneer account by using any of their Customers, I think your sender is also one of payoneer customer and you can try to get payoneer card.

with payoneer i can withdraw to my account?
 
i'm pretty sure that Payoneer is available in France
i just got my newest card, i'm with them since 5 years now, all i can tell, they're nothing like paypal, your money is safe with them

and now if you apply through fiverr until 1st Feb, from level 1 and up you don't even have to pay the card activation fee which i think is around $10 and you don't have to pay the monthly maintenance fee either if you make at least one transaction in a month, which is $3 otherwise, so it's a good deal
 
I just want my money wired to my bank account, why do i need a card?
