Then just leave the paypal. That's it.

It is accessible inside of your paypal account..

Then just leave the paypal. That's it.

Paypal can legally only hold your money for 180 days. Leaving $1850 behind seems like a bad ROI. :D

sorry, but i chuckled @ this :)

who does create an acc with a name like that, if he's planning to use the acc? that's beyond me :)
it's like you don't even try

do what others suggested above, contact a pro
but this seems like a major fuck up to me, maybe nobody will be able to help you

Paypal does not hold money for 180 days. they often hold money permanently.

Cite some sources or experiences.

"If your account is limited or locked, we may hold your funds for up to 180 days to protect against the risk of claims, credit card chargebacks, reversals or other liabilities.

During this period, you won't be able to withdraw funds or access them, except to authorise PayPal to issue refunds to your customers. When 180 days pass, we'll contact you to let you know that you can withdraw the remaining funds to the bank account you have registered to your PayPal account."

A few simple Google searches and I found no cases of a limited account not being able to withdraw funds after a 180 day period. Excusing cases of fraud and if you are stealing peoples money, you do not deserve it.

This article just for 180 days' limitation.

It really depends on the country the Paypal account was opened in, and the reason for the limitation. They can hold your money for 45 days, 180 days, or forever (unless you pursue legal action).

180 days is the standard, but they will sometimes let you withdraw in 45 days or less if the reason was a "minor" policy violation, especially if you contact them. In regards to Paypal US, the User Agreement (https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full) states:

"We may close, suspend, or limit your access to your Account or the PayPal Services, and/or limit access to your Balance for up to 180 Days (or longer if pursuant to a court order or other legal process) if you violate this Agreement..."

Basically, if they suspect fraud of any kind, they can make the decision to keep your money forever unless you sue them or provide them the documents they asked for.

And I'm sure each country Paypal operates in has its own clause as to where they can keep your money.

I want to be crazy... my account get limitation too, they tell me for the secure ..need me put my cc number and bank number...
