paypal limited help needed!!!

Hi
am verified paypal member with good account standings.
Am service provider not goods seller.

I recd $4000 from my customer for buy some services with me.My customer is good person not initiated any problem.
Now paypal limited my account,hold all funds and asking "PROOF OF POSTAGE" courier tracking number !!!
How can i provide tracking number?
my business is digital services...
I provided all my id and address proofs.

i emailed paypal but no reply...

kindly share what i do?

Just give them what they ask for, any kind of proof. If you don't play by their rules you can loose your money.

If you sold digital goods, your buyer must have chosen a shipping address and fooled paypal into thinking it's physical goods.
That's the only way this makes sense. Just call them (forget email) and explain the situation.

ship your customer a thank you note via fedex. bam feed that to paypal and tell em Haters Back Off

Don't bother with email just call them directly. Not making any promises though PayPal are dicks.

You should always check your limit before receving more than 1000$ ...

Paypal issue solved successfully.Paypal released all my funds and removed all limitations on my account.Now my account is 100% safe

Now paypal understand my genuine and good business.They accepted me as genuine seller.They verified my business with many of my customer feedback.

Am very happy now I got good certificate from world's big payment company.

Thanks who are all support me.
