Paypal limited after 9 years, need help

I created a paypal account since 2010 and have been using it without any issues. Now, I am no longer available at the country and have been in a country that doesnt support Paypal since 2017. The account got limited few days ago after spending around $1000 and now Paypal is asking me for Address proof and passport copy. I am not able to provide an address proof at all anymore, so what should I do?

Will I lose the remaining amount? Is there a way to verify my account again?
