Paypal limited account

Hello, so 2 weeks ago i started selling on ebay uk digital goods, Origin accounts to be exact with SIMS, Battlefield mainly. For my surprise i saw that even on unverified pp account i got payments directly to balance with no pending. Everything good. I bought some giftcards, exchanged for bitcoins and stuff like that until 4 days ago when my paypal for receiving ebay money gaved an error on sending payments just saying it can't send payments right now. I called support today and they told me nothing to worry about, wait 24 hrs everything should be ok. After 15-30 minutes of that call i got limited account and they ask for ID, U. bill, and the most annoying and i don't get why they need when i specified it on ebay description that it's DIGITAL, proof of delivery....how can i proove that i sent the details to the buyer. I got ID, U.B the business where i got the games from, with invoices ofc, but i can't provide this one thing. Is there anyway that they might unlock it without this? i will call them again today and see what's going on anyway

same thing happend to me , limited account waited for 180, and still can`t windraw the money , now im waiting for them... keep me posted ,if you resolve something , thanks

if you want active your account you must give them that they ask. 1st you have to wait 180 days to withdraw your money to bank . 2nd you can send them a legal notices they will respond you quick and return your money much quicker .

i will call them and see what happens, i have psd templates for good invoices on LLC but i will see what they say on the phone

Talked with tehm on phone, after sending the documents, i explained that the items are digital so no invoices had been sent, adn they said they will review the ID and adress and it would all be good, it was trigered by the sistem, but i didn't do anything wrong, it had transactions, 6 month old....i will inform you of what happens

Congratz, thats good to hear. Paypal algo is so sensitive, someone calling the reps may help. Good Job

They accepted evertyhing except my ID...even though it's a real one but has no exp date, i will need now a new template....paypal is trying to make you insane sometimes
