Paypal limitation

Hi guys. My paypal account was limited for a shitty reason. I want to know if i open a new account, can i use it with my ebay account and other websites( which i previously used with paypal)? Or will paypal link them with my limited account and limit my new account again? If you have advises to give, please go ahead.

Yeah you could use your new Paypal on your old eBay as long as your eBay is in good standing
