Paypal limit problem

Hi I have paypal account with money. My problem is I cant use it because of of limit.

I dont have credit card.

I can't send money. What can I do. If you help me. I will give 20% of my money in paypal ;)

Hello, I need a little more details if I am going to be able to effectively help you.
You are saying you never added a credit card to the account so it is limited? What country is the PayPal made in?

I can assist you more with these answers and provide a Credit Card or information necessary to take the limits off.

sign up to any vcc service like entropay , greendot etc and then create VCC with your name on it. add to this vcc detail in PayPal and your limit get off. :top:

Entropy is a good way to send red flags to PayPal and Green-dot is not going to work for the Philippines.
 
Just get a Virtual Bank/Credit card account... you could use Payoneer!

I'm using Entropay VCC in paypal to removing limit and and transfer money via "Bank transfer"
still no problem.
 
all these side ways of getting around paypal and the sad part is since the Liberty Reserve episode alot of you are about to lose you accounts because they are about to ramp up verification even on existing accounts.

we dont have greendot here but many entropay

Is it problem of limit or is your account limited ?? for Philippines account just add vcc. It will solve your limit problem. Once verified you can send and receive money. Its as simple as that. Just buy vcc and verify your account.
 
problem solve :) I just advice him to create new one. its not BVA nor real CC verified .. so problem solve for this dude
