I've withdrawn $30 from paypal to my bank account in india now I've $5 in my paypal account but when i try to withdraw it error appears minimum withdrawn amount is $10 so if i let paypal to auto withdrawn it according to paypal india regulations will i get $5 too in my bank?

I thinks theres a min amount you can withdrawn.. Not as low $5...

the minimum you can take to your bank, once you get more money your money would be auto withdrawn.

Here are a couple important things that you should know about PayPal restrictions for a few Asian countries (like India):

Indian PayPal users used to be able to store and use money in their PayPal account to send payment and buy goods online. But in 2010, RBI imposed a new set of rules on PayPal, and now you can only withdraw money from your PayPal account into your bank account. (You can’t use PayPal money directly for online purchases or payment.) This is indeed a problem as you will end up paying conversion fees twice, but there is currently no solution for this. If you have any relative outside India, you can ask them to create a PayPal account for you, which you can use without any such limits or restrictions.
An Indian PayPal user can’t send or receive money from another Indian PayPal user.
